Refund and Cancellation Policy

At 7OnlineSeva.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital/document assistance services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

The booking fee of ₹99 charged to initiate any service is strictly non-refundable.

This fee covers:

  • Initial consultation

  • Document review

  • Eligibility assessment

  • Backend processing initiation

  • Support allocation

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for any amount other than booking fee may be considered only if:

  • Payment is duplicated accidentally

  • Service is unavailable from our end after payment

  • Refund is specifically approved by management

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer changes mind after payment

  • Delay due to customer document submission

  • Rejection by government/issuing authority

  • Customer becomes ineligible for service

  • Incorrect details/documents submitted by customer

4. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing starts, but booking fee remains non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
